Insulation firebricks for sale, customer in Columbia ordered 20 tons
In Feb. 15 tons insulation refractory fire brick are packed for delivering to customer in Columbia. High quality and nice price refractory materials product in Topower Refractory.
Lightweight refractory bricks are fixed block -shaped insulation and refractory products with porous structures with a porous structure, also known as light insulation and fire -resistant bricks. According to the raw materials used, lightweight refractory bricks can be divided into light bricks such as clay, silicon, high aluminum, and magnesium.
Lightweight insulation bricks have low pressure resistance, poor resistance to slag, poor abrasion resistance, poor heat shock, and cannot be directly contacted with glass or flames.
1.Lightweight clay brick
Light -quality clay bricks are often added with sawing wood chips and shaped by plastic available. Clane (30%~ 40%), clinker (15%~ 25%), hard wood chips (30%~ 45%), etc., add a certain amount of syrup and sulfate pulp waste liquid, mixed exercise, mixed training, and mixed training. Dry the material and formation after forming (the residual moisture should be less than 10%), and then burn it (firing temperature 1250 ~ 1350 ° C) and 4h thermal insulation. You can also mix clay and porous or hollow substances (such as flour ash drifting beads and diatom soil) to make light bricks. The bricks deform during drying and firing, and the products need to be plastic processing after burning. The volume density of light -quality clay tiles is 0.4 ~ 1.3g/cm3.

2.Lightweight brick
The manufacturing method of light silicon bricks is similar to that of light clay tiles. Perform the ordinary silicon to less than 1mm, add smoke -free coal (granularity less than 0.2 to 1mm) or 30%to 45%of the amount of smoke -free coal (particle size less than 0.2 to 1mm) or less than 10%, and then add a small amount of lime or gypsum and pulp waste liquid. The volume density of light silicon bricks is 0.9 ~ 1.1g/cm3 at 1300 ° C. The thermal guidance rate is only half of ordinary silicon bricks. The heat shock is also good. The temperature of its load softening can reach 1600 ° C, which is much higher than that of light clay bricks. Therefore, the maximum use temperature of light silicon bricks can reach 1550 ° C. Do not shrink at high temperatures, and even have a little swelling.
3. Lightweight high aluminum brick
Light -quality high -aluminum bricks are commonly produced in foam. Mud with high aluminum clinker, clay, and a small amount of sawing wood chips (thickened the blank material) into mud, and add a certain amount of electronics [such as al2 (SO4) 3] to stabilize the mud. Add a foam (such as a loquat soap) in the mud to add a foam with a small surface tension to make it foam. Foam mud is made in the mixer and poured into the model. Dry at low temperature (about 40 ° C) at low temperature (about 40 ° C), and then dried at 80 ~ 95 ° C after removing the mold. After drying, the residual moisture should be 3%to 5%. Then burn it and heat up at 1300 to 1350 ° C for 4 to 6h. The volume density of lightweight and aluminum bricks is 0.4 ~ 1.0g/cm3, and the pore rate is 66%to 67%.
4. Light insulation board insulation bulk
The optimized design of the glass kiln can improve the design of the kiln can only achieve energy conservation and extend the life of the kiln. Glass kiln is a key thermal worker equipment for the energy consumption of the glass industry. The use of ceramic fiber plates as a glass kiln lining light insulation board is conducive to keeping the kiln sealing and thermal insulation effect.
